Malolactic fermentation and 4 months in barrels of french and american oak.

Degree of alcohol: 13 % vol
Total acidity: 3,8 g/l in sulph.
Total sulph.: 80 mg/l

Colour: Garnet with purplish edges, and good cap. Bright and clean.
Nose: Intense, with floral aromas of violets and iris, involved for a fund of sweet spices, as  pink pepper, which they fuse with the delicate and fine notes of oak.
Mouth: Fresh entry, its vivacity fills the mouth. Has a consistent  and integrated tannin that gives a soft and agreeable step in mouth, which is lengthened playing with a fresh final acidity.
