In the same barrels for 6 months carrying out battonage three times a week.

Golden yellow colour and highly intense aroma of tropical fruits, white flowers and memories of dried fruits.
In mouth excellent balance with an acidity that makes it long.
Aromas of dried fruits that make it very persistent in your mouth stand out retronasally.
